Bonatra, a Bangalore-based health-tech startup, has launched wearable smart rings. These rings are designed to help users continuously monitor the range of health parameters to enable them live a longer and healthier life.'¯ 

Bonatra smart rings have cutting-edge features that offer valuable insights into various health aspects. The device can track important wellness parameters such as sleep and readiness scores.'¯ 

The company said the sleep score feature analyses sleep stages, length, and quality using sophisticated algorithms, which improves sleep patterns and general well-being. The readiness score gives users a thorough evaluation of how well-prepared their body is for the day, empowering them to choose their activities wisely.

The user will not feel uncomfortable wearing the ring because of its hypoallergenic medical-grade resin. The IP68 rating makes the ring suitable for different activities such as swimming, deep diving, sailing, surfing, and trekking.'¯
