The collaboration aims to provide a holistic healthcare solution, making medical services more accessible, convenient, and efficient for individuals and families.
One of the key highlights of this partnership is the enhancement of emergency response services. DocSmart's partner ambulances, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and experienced medical personnel, claim to offer swift and effective responses in times of crisis.
Dr. Deepak Baid, consulting physician, and founder of DocSmart App said, "These partnerships enable us to offer a comprehensive healthcare solution under one roof, improving access to healthcare services for individuals and families. Our goal is to make healthcare more accessible, convenient, and efficient for everyone, and we believe these collaborations are a significant step towards achieving that."
The platform also integrates a telemedicine service that allows patients to consult with doctors from homes, providing access to medical advice, especially for those who face challenges in getting traditional healthcare services or require immediate assistance.
Commenting on the same, Dr. Baid said, "As part of its long-term vision, DocSmart continues to explore further partnerships and collaborations to expand its comprehensive healthcare solution and reach a wider audience. DocSmart brings together various healthcare services under one roof and strives to improve the overall healthcare experience for individuals and families."
