India's emergency response network, RED.Health, has joined forces with Vijaya Group of Hospitals to introduce its 10-minute ambulance network in Chennai.

This strategic collaboration significantly expands medical coverage in the city, adding 650 beds and an array of specialised facilities, including multi-specialty ICU beds, ICCU, NICU, and PICU units'”the alliance between RED.Health and Vijaya Group of Hospitals is pivotal in emergency medical services development.

Introducing the 10-minute ambulance network establishes a more extensive support infrastructure in Chennai, catering to the city's evolving healthcare demands.

Established in 1972 by Sri. B. Nagi Reddi, Vijaya Hospital is a prominent multi-specialty healthcare establishment in Chennai. Accredited by NABL and NABH, it functions under the Vijaya Medical and Educational Trust (VMET). Given Chennai's role as a medical tourism hub, reinforcing medical emergency services gains added significance. RED.Health's expansion of its medical emergency response network could contribute significantly to preserving Chennai's stature as a healthcare destination.
