With its joint headquarters in Bengaluru and New York, the company plans to offer uninterrupted services to its healthcare clients in the US from the new facility.

Bengaluru-based IT and tech firm Vee Technologies expands its services business by adding a new development facility in Hebbal, marking its fourth facility in Bengaluru. The company, headquartered jointly in Bengaluru and New York, intends to provide round-the-clock healthcare services to United States clients from this new location.

Vee Technologies' healthcare practice, known as Vee Healthtek, boasts a clientele that includes six of the top 10 healthcare groups in the US, comprising over 100 clients. This expansion initiative aligns with the company's commitment to better serve its growing business from healthcare clients in the US.

Chocko Valliappa, founder and CEO of Vee Technologies, said, "The new facility will help us cater to the growing business of our healthcare customers in the US, taking the number of locations in Bengaluru to four. This expansion is part of the INR 200 Cr investment plan announced in November 2022 in Chettinad, Tamil Nadu."

Vee Technologies Healthtek practice specialises in providing revenue cycle management and health information management outsourcing services to leading hospitals and healthcare providers.

Vee Technologies aims to enhance financial outcomes for its clients by leveraging robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), big data analytics, and its proprietary software tools.

Apart from its centres in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Salem, and Trichy, Vee Technologies also operates a dedicated facility in Manila, Philippines.

Healthcare technology expansion is growing at a substantial rate in India.

Earlier this year, Omron Healthcare, a Japanese medical equipment manufacturer, planned to invest in Tamil Nadu, India, as part of a series of MoUs signed during the visit of Tamil Nadu's Chief Minister to Japan. Omron's investment involves the establishment of its first medical device factory in the southern state. The facility will focus on producing low-frequency pain therapy equipment and body composition monitors.

In another similar development, Canada's Predictmedix Executives are visiting India to engage with institutional investors and government officials, focusing on the seamless integration and scalable deployment of Predictmedix's innovative contactless AI solutions.
