ClearMedi Healthcare Collaborates with Narayana Health to get HIS & BI Services

The collaboration centers on implementing a state-of-the-art Healthcare Information System (HIS) and Business Intelligence (BI) analytics at ClearMedi Healthcare.

ATHMA and Medha Analytics, subsidiaries of Narayana Health, forged a strategic partnership with ClearMedi Healthcare, a healthcare company backed by Morgan Stanley investments. 

As per the collaboration, ClearMedi is going to use Narayana Health's Healthcare Information System (HIS) and Business Intelligence (BI) analytics. For the same, the company will take Narayana's ATHMA services and has chosen Medha Analytics, to get its BI dashboards.

Commenting on this collaboration, Dr Devi Shetty, the founder of Narayana Health, said, "We are delighted to partner with ClearMedi Healthcare in their journey to elevate healthcare services using our advanced Healthcare Information System and Business Intelligence solutions. This collaboration signifies our shared commitment to advancing the healthcare landscape in India and improving patient care through technological innovation."

Established in 2010 by Shashi Kant Baliyan, ClearMedi Healthcare manages complex clinical services, including oncology, nuclear medicine, and radiology. It operates standalone super specialty hospitals with over 350 beds across different locations. 

Commenting on the same, Commander Navneet Bali, CEO of ClearMedi Healthcare, said, "We have achieved a significant milestone in the healthcare digital space. ClearMedi's facilities span eight states and a union territory. It has earned the reputation as one of the trusted leaders in the healthcare sector, particularly in providing cancer care services.

In previous development, Morgan Stanley, a global financial powerhouse, acquired a majority stake in Gurugram-based ClearMedi Healthcare, marking its debut in Indian healthcare. 

As part of Morgan Stanley's acquisition of ClearMedi Healthcare, the holding company received a controlling stake valued at approximately $35 million (INR 285 Cr).
