Apollo Hospitals has announced an expanded partnership with Google Cloud to make healthcare accessible to every Indian with Apollo's digital platform, Apollo 24/7.'¯ 

Apollo 24/7, entirely built on Google Cloud, seeks to provide Indians with an omnichannel healthcare experience through telemedicine, online doctor consultations, pharmaceutical delivery to their homes, and enhanced clinician decision-making. 

The Clinical Intelligence Engine (CIE) was developed by Apollo 24/7 teams in collaboration with Google Cloud, employing Vertex AI and generative AI (gen AI) models. Due to this, doctors can decide during consultations what the best course of action is for each patient. The CIE service uses Google Cloud's large language models (LLMs) and data from Apollo Hospitals to develop a customised solution that keeps all patient information safe inside the hospital's computer systems. 

AskApollo, a website that provides patients with care guidance services, is likewise powered by the platform. This ground-breaking service is based on Apollo's CIE. It was created utilising cutting-edge AI and machine learning tools from Google Cloud and millions of actual clinical data points collected over 40 years of clinical excellence.'¯ 

Additionally, Apollo Hospitals is considering utilising Med-PaLM 2, an LLM created by Google. It has received training in medical knowledge and can produce clinical text summaries and respond to medical questions. 

Moreover, Apollo 24/7 engineering teams successfully deployed 78 microservices and more than 40 databases on Google Cloud with the help of partner Searce.'¯ 

However, Google and Apollo Hospitals have collaborated for many years to gather reliable and beneficial health information for Google Search services. The deep AI capabilities of Google combine with 40 years' experience at Apollo Hospitals in healthcare to provide potential diagnosis to the patients.

In a recent development, Apollo has unveiled its Comprehensive Connected Care program, powered by advanced Connected Care technology. This implementation will provide clinical teams and nursing staff with real-time insights into patients' conditions at various stages of care. 

Also, Apollo Hospitals in Tiruchi has introduced an AI-augmented Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) imaging system to enhance cardiac care. The hospital has provided more precise and tailored treatment strategies for heart-related issues through this technology integration.
