Mankind Pharma Appoints Former VFS Exec Tarun Kapoor as VP, for Digital Transformation 

Kapoor worked for various significant positions at VFS Global Services, CRISIL, Infoton Systems and Services, and Indigo Systems & Technologies before joining Mankind. The goal of this appointment is to make the company future ready and upskill its digital strategy.   

Mankind Pharma has appointed Tarun Kapoor as its new vice president of Digital Transformation. With more than 20 years of experience in IT management and digital transformation, Kapoor is an accomplished professional with a clear strategic vision for this crucial position.  

However, among the highlights of his professional background, he worked for various significant positions at VFS Global Services, CRISIL, Infoton Systems and Services, and Indigo Systems & Technologies. 

Kapoor expressed his excitement about taking the helm of Mankind Pharma's digital strategy in a LinkedIn post. In his post, he offered an overview of his objectives, which include improving customer experiences, optimising supply chain processes, and using data analytics to make wise decisions. 

In the'¯new capacity, Kapoor will oversee developing and implementing a thorough digital strategy that considers many aspects of the company. He will take control of initiatives for operational efficiency enhancements, performance-oriented delivery culture development, and business process re-engineering. 

Moreover, the company will give him the role of mentoring and upskilling employees along with this making the organisation future ready.

Kapoor spent a long period at VFS Global Services before joining BT Group. He was serving as senior general manager of IT and leading big worldwide business transformation initiatives.
