Fujifilm India, a healthcare innovation leader, has introduced its intelligent MRI machine, the Echelon Smart 1.5 Tesla, at Sarvodaya Hospital in Greater Noida West.

The installation ceremony was graced by Yuta Yamashita, secretary of the Japan Ambassador, and Koji Wada, MD of Fujifilm India.

The Echelon Smart 1.5 Tesla MRI machine has patient-friendly features such as acoustic noise reduction (Smart Comfort), operator-friendly operations, and environment-friendly low power consumption. The machine's prowess lies in its 1.5T Superconductive MRI system, offering high image quality through advanced Fujifilm technology and a flexible layout inherited from a permanent magnet MRI system.

Divyanu Gupta, director of Sarvodaya Hospital, Greater Noida West, talked about the significance of integrating evolving technologies to elevate healthcare services. He lauded the MRI machine's intelligent features, which include low noise, rapid brain and spine scans, and high-resolution imaging, offering patients a comfortable experience and accurate diagnoses.

Koji Wada, managing director of Fujifilm India, highlighted the company's dedication to upgrading healthcare quality in the Greater Noida region. The Echelon Smart 1.5 Tesla MRI machine's intelligent technologies, including SmartECO, SmartSPACE, SmartCOMFORT, SmartSPEED, and SmartQUALITY, contribute to cost efficiency and improved imaging outcomes.

Chander Shekhar Sibal, vice-president & head of the Healthcare Division at Fujifilm India, emphasised the MRI machine's role in enhancing diagnostic precision and overall patient experience, showcasing the future of medical imaging technology.
