Nasik's HCG Manavata Cancer Centre has launched 'Manavata365' service to offer home healthcare services for the people of Nashik .
This initiative aims to provide prompt and proficient healthcare services to patients at the comfort of their homes.
Manavata365 offers this range of healthcare services with the help of a team of over 300 trained home attendants, nurses, and on-call doctors.
The services include diet consultations, pharmacy services, lab tests, medical equipment rental, AI-based ECG tests, and even at-home x-ray services.
Further, the availability of a 10-minute ambulance service is also there. Patients can choose the bouquet of services as per their needs, that also keeps the cost within budget.
Interestingly, during a recent survey conducted among the people of Nashik, 70% of residents showed a strong inclination towards dependable home healthcare services.
The survey unveiled that busy work lives, tough schedules, and transportation issues caused many to skip medical appointments, resulting in delayed checkups, diagnoses, and subsequent health issues.
Expressing his thoughts on this initiative, Prof Dr. Raj Nagarkar, MD and chief of surgical oncology and robotic services at HCG Manavata Cancer Centre, highlighted the significance of providing healthcare facilities at home, particularly for senior citizens and those with chronic ailments.
The Manavata365 scheme, according to him, is poised to cater effectively to such patients, with an unwavering emphasis on service quality across all healthcare provisions.
Dr. Viren Nagarkar, the founder of Manavata365, further elaborated on the comprehensive nature of the initiative. He said that the scheme includes various quality healthcare services such as physiotherapy, lab tests, and nursing care, all conveniently accessible within the confines of one's home in minutes.
The scheme was conceived to alleviate the strain on patients and their families, enabling them to integrate hospital visits into their busy schedules seamlessly.
Established in 2007 in Nashik, Maharashtra, HCG Manavata Cancer Centre has become a reputable oncology institution.
With a notable 275-bed capacity, it has successfully treated over 60,000 patients, solidifying its position as a distinguished cancer hospital in India.
